Let’s go #onthecircuit & hike along Lincoln Drive. The trail goes to the waterfall across from the Wissahickon Transportation Center. The path is paved, but a few inclines come and go. I recommend a walking stick for support. One from a mop or broom, or even a cane works fine. 

The complete loop is 3 miles, but no lady left behind. They’ll be loop & scoop points if you don’t want to go the entire distance. 

Meet at Rittenhouse St. & Wissahickon Ave. Park on Rittenhouse down from Sunoco Station. Look for the brown Parks & Rec marker that says, Saylor Grove.  We start promptly at 10 am. ”Early is on time.” #GirlTrek #HealingThroughTheLand #CouchTo5K
